Pardot Solutions Architect

In this role you will be responsible for architecting, building and delivering technology solutions that support our client’s marketing technology goals. The solutions will maximize the use of Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud and Pardot platforms in conjunction with the Sales Cloud platform.

  • Work closely with marketing, and product management teams to define and implement new functionality and product capabilities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot
  • Leverage your working knowledge of how best to leverage the broader Salesforce Ecosystem – Marketing, Sales, Service Clouds – to align campaigns with marketing journeys
  • Help define the technical architecture landscape within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot in alignment with the broader Salesforce Ecosystem, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes
  • Understand and help design solutions for data flow and data integration
  • Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures and provide seamless hand-off to business users to utilize
  • Perform development and advanced configuration activities
  • Identify technical issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
  • Work with Pardot data management, scripting languages, API, and the broader Salesforce application platform

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Computer Information Systems, or similar degree preferred) or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency
  • Experience architecting / developing Marketing Solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot
  • Possess a strong command of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot products and all channel applications within the platform
  • Experience building stored procedures, reports, data extracts and integrations
  • Experience documenting customer problems and software solutions using wireframes, diagrams, workflows and mockups
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills
